If you're not happy with Langcap for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. And if Langcap doesn't yet work for the language you're learning, you get a full refund whenever you find out.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used to order, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
